RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Camping Car Parts, we do everything possible to ensure your satisfaction.

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, consumer customers have a period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Business customers do not benefit from the right of withdrawal, except where required by applicable law.

Return Request Procedure

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must submit your request within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order by email to: contact@campingcarparts.com.

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Full name;

  • Order number;

  • Date of receipt of the order;

  • Reference(s) of the product(s) concerned;

  • Reason for return (optional).

Once your request has been approved, return instructions will be provided.

Return Conditions

Products must be returned:

  • complete;

  • in their original condition;

  • with any accessories supplied;

  • with the instruction manual, where applicable;

  • in their original packaging where available.

Electronic boards, control modules and electrical components returned under the right of withdrawal must be in strictly new condition, uninstalled, unprogrammed, and must not show any signs of installation, connection, or use. Any product showing signs of installation, connection, or use may be subject to a reduction in the refund amount corresponding to its loss in value, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

In accordance with Article L.221-23 of the French Consumer Code, the customer may be held liable for any depreciation in value resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the goods.

Any product returned incomplete, used, installed, damaged, dirty, modified, or rendered unsuitable for resale as new may be subject to a deduction corresponding to the loss in value incurred.

Certain products that have been installed or put into service may suffer significant depreciation, even if they remain fully functional.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

However, in the event of a defective product, a product not conforming to the order, or a preparation error attributable to Camping Car Parts, return shipping costs will be fully covered by Camping Car Parts following prior approval by customer service.

No returns sent freight collect will be accepted without prior authorization.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the returned products or from the provision of proof of shipment.

Camping Car Parts reserves the right to withhold reimbursement until the returned products have been physically received.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

The original standard delivery charges will be refunded only when the withdrawal concerns the entire order.

In the case of a partial return, only the returned products will be refunded.

Any depreciation assessed in accordance with Article L.221-23 of the French Consumer Code may be deducted from the refund amount.

Unclaimed Parcels

Where delivery is made to a collection point or via a carrier requiring collection by the customer, the customer is responsible for collecting the parcel within the time limit specified by the carrier.

Any parcel not collected and returned to Camping Car Parts may:

  • be reshipped at the customer's expense; or

  • be refunded after receipt of the returned parcel.

Shipping costs incurred and any return charges billed by the carrier may be deducted from the refund, limited to the actual costs incurred by Camping Car Parts.

Non-Conforming or Defective Products

If a product is received that is defective, non-conforming, or the result of a preparation error:

  • the customer must contact customer service as soon as possible;

  • no repair or modification should be carried out without prior approval;

  • return shipping costs will be covered by Camping Car Parts;

  • a replacement, store credit, or refund may be offered depending on the circumstances.

Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to:

  • products manufactured according to the customer's specifications;

  • personalized products;

  • sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed;

  • products whose nature prevents them from being resold under normal hygiene or safety conditions after use.
