At Camping Car Parts, we are committed to processing and shipping your orders as quickly as possible and under the best conditions.
1. Delivery Area
We deliver to mainland France as well as several European countries, including:
Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Monaco, the Netherlands, Austria, the United Kingdom, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Finland, Denmark, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Norway, Poland, Slovenia, Sweden, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece, and Malta.

2. Carrier
Shipments are handled via Colissimo, a service of La Poste known for its reliability and speed.
Depending on the destination, Colissimo may rely on local partners (e.g., Royal Mail, Correos, Deutsche Post).
3. Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Mainland France: 2 to 14 business days

Europe and United Kingdom: 5 to 20 business days depending on the destination

These timeframes are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on logistical constraints and carriers.
4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the weight of the items ordered and the destination country

Free shipping is available for orders over €500 (incl. VAT)

5. Customs, Taxes and Import Duties
For deliveries outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, etc.):

Customs duties, local taxes, or import charges may be required by the destination country authorities

These fees are not included in the product prices or shipping costs charged by Camping Car Parts

The customer is solely responsible for the payment of these additional charges and is advised to check with local customs authorities before placing an order
6. Order Tracking
