GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTCS)

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all sales made through the Camping Car Parts website.

Any order placed on the website implies the customer's full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.

Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.

4. Prices

Prices are displayed in Euros (€), including all applicable taxes (VAT), excluding shipping costs.

For professional customers, specific pricing conditions may apply (excluding VAT, discounts, etc.) and will be specified at the time of ordering.

5. Orders

Any validated order constitutes acceptance of the prices and product descriptions.

Camping Car Parts reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a previous dispute with the customer.

Camping Car Parts also reserves the right to cancel any order containing an obvious pricing, description, or availability error resulting from a technical malfunction, human error, or data update issue. In such cases, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and any amounts paid will be refunded in full.

6. Payment

Private Customers

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order, by credit card or bank transfer. Order processing will only begin once full payment has been received.

Business Customers

Payment may be made by bank transfer or credit card, either before or after shipment, according to the commercial agreement in place.

6.1 Retention of Title

Products remain the property of Camping Car Parts until full payment of the purchase price, including all fees and taxes, has been received.

7. Delivery

France: 2 to 14 business days after shipment.

European Union: 5 to 15 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are provided for information purposes only.

Where delivery is made to a collection point or carrier depot, the customer is responsible for collecting the parcel within the timeframe specified by the carrier.

Any parcel not collected within the prescribed period and returned to Camping Car Parts may:

  • be reshipped at the customer's expense; or

  • be refunded after receipt of the returned parcel.

In the latter case, shipping costs incurred and any return fees charged by the carrier may be deducted from the refund, limited to the actual costs incurred by Camping Car Parts.

8. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Any validated order is considered final, subject to the consumer's statutory right of withdrawal where applicable.

9. Right of Withdrawal (Private Customers)

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers have a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing any reason.

The right of withdrawal is reserved for consumers. Customers acting within the scope of a business, trade, craft, or professional activity do not benefit from this right except where required by applicable law.

Customers must notify their decision by email to the customer service department before returning any product.

Returned products must be:

  • complete;

  • returned in their original packaging where available;

  • accompanied by all accessories supplied.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Electronic boards, control modules and electrical components returned under the right of withdrawal must be in strictly new condition, uninstalled, unprogrammed, and must not show any signs of installation, connection, or use. Any product showing signs of installation, connection, or use may be subject to a reduction in the refund amount corresponding to its loss in value, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

In accordance with Article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code, customers may be held liable for any depreciation in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the goods.

Camping Car Parts reserves the right to deduct an amount corresponding to any loss in value where products have been used, installed, damaged, incomplete, or rendered unsuitable for resale as new.

Refunds will be made within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the returned product or receipt of proof of shipment, in accordance with applicable regulations.

9.1 Business Orders

Special pricing conditions granted to business customers are reserved for individuals or legal entities acting within the scope of their professional activities.

Business customers are responsible for verifying the compatibility of the products ordered with their equipment and ensuring their suitability for the intended use.

10. Returns and Non-Conforming Products

In the event of a delivery error or defective product:

Camping Car Parts will cover:

  • return shipping costs;

  • replacement shipment or refund.

The customer must contact customer service before returning any product.

11. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

12. Legal Warranties

Products benefit from the statutory warranty of conformity and protection against hidden defects under applicable French law.

13. Liability

Camping Car Parts shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

15. Personal Data

16. Governing Law

These GTCS are governed by French law.

Any dispute relating to these GTCS shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions.

17. Acceptance of the GTCS

The customer acknowledges having read these GTCS before placing an order and accepts them without reservation.
