This burner (Dometic reference 241280282 (replaces former refs 241280280 / 241280281; superseded by ref. 407158694)) is the dedicated replacement part for the absorption unit of your Dometic refrigerator. It is the element that provides gas combustion, allowing the refrigerator to operate in gas mode.
A fouled, corroded or distorted burner can cause an irregular flame, poor cooling in gas mode, excessive consumption or ignition difficulties. Replacing it restores clean combustion and good cooling performance.
"Service" part — please read before fitting: this burner is a replacement part modified by the manufacturer. According to Dometic's instructions, the earth wire must be removed during installation. The injector (nozzle) is not supplied: it must be reused from the old assembly or ordered separately depending on the gas type and appliance model.
